We will include the parcel provider and the guide number so you can track your purchase. From this moment you must receive your order within the next 72 business hours.

Quality:

The reported problem should be related exclusively to quality or manufacturing defects. The guarantee will not be applied in case there is evidence of misuse or abuse of the product.
  3. Sunny Patoche will cover all the additional shipment fees needed to send you the new item.
  4. In case the warranty has been approved, you will receive a new substitute product at no cost at the same address where the first order was placed.

Note: Sunny Patoche will take pictures of the product immediately before being sent by the parcel provider. This will serve as evidence to ensure that the product was reviewed and shipped based on our quality standards.
